Admission Procedure
Sri Ramakrishna Boys Matric Higher Secondary School welcomes students who are eager to learn, grow, and excel in a disciplined academic environment. Our admission process is simple, transparent, and designed to guide parents smoothly through each step.

Enquiry & Application
- Parents may visit the school office during working hours to enquire about admissions.
- Admission forms can be collected from the school office.

Submission of Application
- Submit the filled-in application form along with the required documents for admission.
- Incomplete applications will not be processed.

Interaction / Screening
- For KG & Primary classes – a simple interaction with the child.
- For Middle, High School, & Higher Secondary – an assessment or interview may be conducted to understand the student’s academic level.

Confirmation of Admission
- Admission will be confirmed after verifying documents and completing formalities.
- Parents will receive information regarding uniform, books, fees, and school timings.

Payment of Fees
- Once admission is granted, parents must pay the *Term I fees* to confirm the seat.
Required Documents for Admission
Parents must submit the following documents at the time of admission:
- Birth Certificate (Original & Photocopy)
- Community Certificate (if applicable)
- Recent Passport Size Photographs (4 Nos.)
- Aadhar Card copy
- Address Proof (Parent/Guardian)
- Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school
- Progress Report / Marks Card of the previous academic year
- Passport Size Photographs (4 Nos.)
- Aadhar Card
- Community Certificate (if applicable)
- Transfer Certificate
- EMIS Number from previous school
- Marksheet / Pass Certificate
- Conduct Certificate
- Aadhar Card
- Passport Size Photographs
- Community Certificate (if applicable)
All documents must be submitted at the time of admission. Missing documents may delay the admission approval
